Ask The Crane Guy
Tired of spending money on service calls or having your own mechanics take too long
to troubleshoot and repair your crane? Are you frustrated with the critical shortage
of service personnel in the crane and lifting industry?
Now you can get service - anytime, anywhere.
Our online service consultant site - www.crantools.com – began as an idea from the

about and troubleshooting German built-hydraulic all-terrain cranes.
Cranetools.com may not have all of the answers - but no one does. This site will
allow you and your service technicians to log on and understand where to begin and
proceed with a repair. You’ll be able to provide feedback from your own repair and
help others as well.
Help to build a database of crane repairs for years to come!
We provide a starting point so you can check the basics before you spend money and
time waiting for a factory tech. Don’t take the hit or miss approach. Keep your
costs down. This site will pay for itself as you gain information, training & downtime
saved.
Good Reasons to have a Consultant to Go To
In the crane and lifting industry with all the different types of cranes and crane
problems it makes sense to have a second or third opinion on how to proceed with
a repair, troubleshoot, or problems others may have already addressed.
Who we are?
Mark Krajci
is the founder and president of Mobile Crane & Hydraulic Services. He has worked
in the crane and lifting industry for more than 22 years and in the fluid power
industry for 30 years. He has collaborated with hundreds of service personnel around
the world for the servicing and troubleshooting of mobile hydraulic cranes. Having
experience as a service manager in a rental house, a Krupp Crane field service technician
and an independent service consultant, he has seen many ways in which to repair
cranes in many rental houses and from many manufacturers’. Trained in motion control
through the use of electro-mechanical fluid power sources, Mark has applied this
training to cranes. His passion for servicing machines in a more timely and cost
effective manner has led to the development of this site. Mark is an expert in servicing
mobile all-terrain cranes in the field and shop. |
